The UV Matte Top Coat from Outlet Nails is a finishing coat with a matte effect. Its application is similar to that of any other top coat, providing an impeccable seal and a long-lasting velvety matte finish. It transforms any color into a matte finish and can be used on gel, acrylic, or permanent nail polish. This product has a dispersion layer, which means that after drying, it must be cleaned with Cleanser.

Step by Step

• Application: Apply a uniform layer of UV Matte Top Coat over the already dried color (gel color, gel lacquer).

• Drying: Cure under the UV lamp for 120 seconds or under the LED lamp for 60 seconds.

• Cleaning: Once dry, clean the dispersion layer (sweat layer) thoroughly with our Cleanser.
